Alcance

I'm having a similar problem. It was working fine, then when I logged on today the message in chat came up: "Ogear highlight: OFF".

Went interface, addons, Ogear, and enable and highlight were both unchecked. Checked both of them, pushed apply, and okay, and I got same message again - and when I went back into options, the boxes were once again unticked. This happens each time I tick them.

Although I think rather lowly of those that sell a garrosh kill that's pretty much entirely a pug, there's not a lot that can be done about it. If you don't like it, you can leave the group, or make your own.

Really, only 3 days? My mistake, I thought it has been on a lot longer than that.

Any chance you could lower the participation requirement for the raffles? They seem to be taking a long time to fill up - I've not been looking at the others but the hardware one seems to have barely moved in days.

Might I suggest taking out the raffle tokens being awarded when entering tickets? I think it should be convert only to obtain personally - you enter some raffles for in-game stuff or you enter some raffles for some sweet hardware, but not both.

Anyone who pays 10k for flex garrosh is an idiot.
Not quite true Bare. As a master looter you have the option to put a rolling screen up for players in the group. It does not award the loot however, it only shows the loot master which roll won. I imagine in a 25 man raid it could be troublesome to keep track of the rolls, and this system simply makes it easier than using /roll.
Ah ok. It wasn't really a huge deal, not as if it's life changing, just wanted to bring attention to it if it wasn't already known. Thanks for quick response.

Getting very odd problems with site

So when I browse forums of any sort, I open all the topics I want to read in seperate tabs, then go to each one and read.

When I do this I am having a very odd problem. Let's say I have two tabs open:

1) "Can't update OQ please help"
2) "Insert QQ thread about too many updates here"

I read over the first, and respond to the poster in order to help them update. When I do this, instead of the page refreshing to show my post....it loads up the thread I have in my last tab. No idea why. Happens everytime. So in this case it loads the QQ thread. My reply goes through, it just loads the wrong thread. Only happens here, although it could be a browser issue I suppose.
I know it's not an OQ bug tiny, obviously it's a RL issue. My point is that I see it happen very frequently, and it is very frustrating.

As OP has said, it should be up to players to remember their own lockouts. At the very least, might I suggest adding a tip to the number you have reminding players to use the correct subtype for their raids?

Better yet, if you wish to keep the system in place, make it so when you attempt to waitlist for a group with a lockout conflict, bring up a warning screen telling the player of the conflict, but allow them to ignore it and waitlist for the group anyway. This way, if it is indeed a bug at the time, it won't stop the player from raiding.
That's a good idea. A poll would be great.
TCG Loot codes could be interesting. I'm all for hardware though, I really need some new stuff for my computer....I hope you can ship to where I am though!
