The server is Moon Guard and character Mmph. The gear changes are instantly reflected on the online profile, however not seemingly recognized by this website.

Problem claiming character

I recently transferred a character in WoW. I have been using OQ for some time now. I made an account and am trying to tie a toon for the raffle. When removing the items as requested by the website, it denies the request saying I removed the wrong items. Is this due to the recent transfer or something else? I tried 4 times to no avail. Thanks in advance for help with this issue. - Allen
