I recently transferred a character in WoW. I have been using OQ for some time now. I made an account and am trying to tie a toon for the raffle. When removing the items as requested by the website, it denies the request saying I removed the wrong items. Is this due to the recent transfer or something else? I tried 4 times to no avail. What is the character name / realm you are trying to claim?

Often with relam transfers it can take some time for the WoW armory to update. One way to check is log into WoW, take off all your gear, then log out of WoW.

Now go to your characters page on battle.net/wow and see if the armory updated. If your character is still wearing all their gear, then the armory has yet to update your character.

The server is Moon Guard and character Mmph. The gear changes are instantly reflected on the online profile, however not seemingly recognized by this website.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I take off the gear I'm told to, log out, wait just a little bit and "check." I'm continually told I did not unequip the right gear. I've actually tried several times now, the website just isn't recognizing me.

Shetani what does it say at the bottom of your armory page for update date? If it isn't current it is an armory problem.

Should say: "Last updated on 08/11/2014 "

It's current. I check armory to make sure it's showing...hence waiting a few before checking. Regardless of armory being current, this website doesn't recognize me...it's really not a big deal...I don't need to claim a character to be here. Just wondering mostly.

I will leave that to Ron then because I don't know why else it wouldn't work. There have been armory problems in the past and that will keep you from claiming a character as it checks against the armory to see you removed those pieces.
