Itlv from oqueue seems to not work

I cant seem to see itlv anymore i've tried everything i've removed any addon that could mess with this but i cant seem to fix it

Wont show up

I did the same thing I did for the last addon update i even looked up the old video just to make sure I did the extract right etc etc...but now it says in my addons it says Oq is there but it doesnt even show up please help.
