Wont show up

I did the same thing I did for the last addon update i even looked up the old video just to make sure I did the extract right etc etc...but now it says in my addons it says Oq is there but it doesnt even show up please help.
Does the addon open when you type /oq ?

if the minimap icon is missing you can hide it by typing:
/oq mini
i then show it by typing:
/oq mini
again
