One alt not included in OQ

I finally got OQ updated and checked it on my main. However, when I went on one of my alts he didn't have it. Very strange. So I checked all of my other alts and they had it. So only one doesn't have it and I really need him to have it since he's a tank.

Problem with OQ

I have been having trouble updating OQ ever since it left curse client. I have download the update several times, opened my WoW folder, and put the update in the Addon folder and when i get back to WoW it says that I am still using version 1.6. What am I doing wrong?
