Lost again :(

So a long time ago I bought this software forgot all my info and someone called me and we talked for a few hours was a pretty nice guy. He asked me questions and found my purchase and got everything set up.

Well it has happened again I used it for a few months then just didn't use it anymore. Now I am running 2+ wow classic accounts and need to figure this all out again as when I down load the software it says my license has expired.
