ticked qualified box but seem to still not be qualified ilvl to low

how can it be that I tick the box only raids im qualified for yet when I click to join raids the rl is 540 odd the so called requirement is under my ilvl yet the message not qualified ilvl to low pop up???????????? I ticked the dam box so how can raids still come up that im not so called qualified for?
