Can't wait list or find mesh

As the title states I can't join any wait list (unless it's my server) and I get nothing when I hit the find mesh button. My connection is at 42, I am running v2.0.1 ( yes it's installed correctly) I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times but it just doesn't want to do anything for me. any help would be great.
