cant change role?

So the new Highmaul raid came out today and i was trying to join one of the many groups in OQ as a tank. I got into a few groups but they always invited me as a dps and when i asked why, they said that i queued as a dps. I wasnt in a dps spec when i joined the waitlist. i main blood dk only and havent even gone to my other spec in over a week. Is there any way on OQ that i didnt see to change what roll i am applying for?

battle.net is down?

It popped up with this notification saying that oQueue will not function properly until battle.net is restored. but im logged in...battle.net is fine, and i can see tons of available groups in the
backround but i cant get rid of this notification.
