Blizzard doesn't do anything when ninja looting happens. They imply that they keep a record of complaints, but I doubt even that.

Unable to cancel wait lists

Info moves so quickly, I sometimes wl the wrong raid. Clicking the X does not release me from that waitlist. What can I do, please?
