oQueue 3.0.0 - am I missing something? No mesh button.

So I downloaded and installed oQueue after not having used it in quite a long while. It loads fine.. except there is no mesh button, no submit tag button and in general the addon just sits there doing nothing.

I've searched for the issue and for a general FAQ but come up dry.. anything I've missed?
