DUAL BOXING AND USING BLIZZARD AS A MAGE(S)

Hi all
I have been looking at dual boxing 2 mages, but as i can see the replication of buttons from the keyboard is easy enough, and does not cause issues when it comes the Blizzards T&C. However when it comes to details on having two, or more mages using blizzard/flamestrike the details are sketchy. The blizzard/Flamestrike spell needs to use the mouse to set the position, and then a key press. Can keyclone do this? and if this is ok and within Blizzard T&C?
