Murráy-Outland 25 Man SOO Ninja Sha of Fear Loot

I wonder if any other Oqueue users were in the SOO 25 Man Raid today that started at 18:00 EU Server time on Norushen and finished around 18:30 server time on Sha of Fear. It was led by a guy named Murráy-Outland.

On the first boss he had everyone /roll for each piece of loot as he advised us he would at the start of the raid.
On Sha of Fear he assigned the best 3 pieces of loot to his guildmates.

I have screenshots of all of this and will be posting them here (once I figure out how to add pictures).

This is the first time I have used Oqueue and honestly if this is how this system works and this player is allowed to continue using this system, this will be my last time.
