I paid and i didn't get it to work.

Hello i have paid for keyclone license usage yesterday and it doesn't seem to work when i click the Transfer button it says error while processing ur request, is there something i have to do to get my keyclone to start working? otherthan paying which i already did i paid 20$ for license via paypal to the user i got directed to to when i pressed the button "Get license" someone answer me if u don't mind i also already sent to an email to keyclone@solidice.com but no one answered me back

Keyclone problem

Hello, i am new here on the forum but i am using keyclone already, i am unable to setup it or do anything in it for some reason , once i open the program i can't use any button cept for "x" button and it also says the licens is active idk why it's not working, i have read other topics but cant find a resolve i also removed and and closed it from task manager but it still doesn't change ... the version i am using is v1.9i so i hope u can help me out . Thx
