Icebox doesn't work

It's been two months, now, and Icebox still doesn't work.

I have uninstalled and resinstalled so many times yet every time, it crashes as soon as I press a button, reporting "Icebox has stopped responding" and closes.
Is this me or the program?

Can't cancel queues?

I'm stuck in so many oQueue "pending" invite requests and I can't cancel *any* of them!

I've tried /reload
I've tried /reload ui
I've tried closing the game and rebooting
What more can I do?!
