License expired but no transfer mail :-(

Hello, i unfortunatly have the same problem as some other posters here. I have multiple licenses of keyclone bought on this email adress (which is also the paypal adress). I wanted to use keyclone since a few time now again (on a new computer). I push the 'transfer' button to transfer the lisence, enter the adress, get the message to check my mails so on but no email is ever arriving..... since 2 days now.

I dont want to spend another 19.99$ for something i already bought, so i hope you can help me with that problem.
