Hey, when i try to find any premades none show up.. 0. its been like this for 2 days now

Hello, im using Oq on Eu servers, there are no premade groups to find at all, not a single 1 showing up?

Hello, when i try to download oqueue, putting it in my addons folder etc.. it dosent show up ingame, i have tried everything but nothing seems to work.. please help
