Oqueue not appearing in my game?

I downloaded it and unzipped it in my addons folder and its listed with all of my other addons. However when I enter game it does not appear on my list or when I enter world. Why????

Oqueue not appearing in my game?

I've downloaded Oqueue and put it in my addons folder. When I open WoW at the source it lists the oqueue folder under addons with all of my other addons. However when I open the game it's not in my addon list nor on the minimap in game. What's wrong with it?
