Strange i can not download and use ICEBOX please help

Hello there hope one of you can help me out

Hope you can help me out, because i can not download your client.

Again and again i receive this error..

The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000142). Click ok to terminate the application.

I realy want to use the addons and this new way of having a great time in game.

please help me out.

I have windows vista ultimate

service pack 2
