Russian names can now be TRANSLITERATED into English

Works in ARENA and BATTLEGROUNDS
Right-click drag to MOVE (only while options panel is open)
Units are sorted ALPHABETICALLY, then by role
Objectives frame will be hidden during battle
Naming and UI options are disabled during battle
