Why im not qualify?

Hi, i have a problem, have a lock 563 ilvl, 284 premades running for raids, but when i check qualify the premades reduce to 32. I have some btags blocked but not too much.

What can i do???

I need to ask you to ban the btag on the tittle, i was in a group with this person, we kill Inmersus and he ninja the trinket, i have screens of that. I leave the raid after that and forgot to block the btag and today the same pj invite me to another raid and when i ask him for the loot method he kick me of the raid. I have screens of all that. The first time i was with my lock and i need that trinket.
