kho kho rules and regulation

Kho-Kho is a traditional Indian tag sport played between two teams, each comprising 12 players, with 9 active on the field. The game alternates between chasing (tagging opponents) and defending (avoiding being tagged) phases. The chasing team has to tag all opponents within specified time limits while the defending team attempts to evade tags and last the full duration. Players must remain within the playing area, avoid physical contact, and adhere to the umpire's decisions. Kho-Kho promotes agility, teamwork, and quick reflexes, fostering competitive spirit among participants in various national and international tournaments. These are kho kho  rules and regulation
