I was having a problem before with getting not qualified when trying to Qup in Oq now I cant even Qup on any of my toons I got rid of all my file an re down loaded Oq an still nothing any help here would be greatly App.

this is a blizzard issue relating to battle.net not delivering the bnet friend requests.

there is nothing i can do to resolve it. it's completely controlled by the blizzard servers
