So im a new user and liking what i see....but everytime i follow the instructions to add a new character, or in this case my first one....i follow the instructions, remove the correct gear, log out, then click the button. then get told im not removing the correct gear...when indeed i am. an issue or something?

battle.net has been having issues for the passed 7-10 days. this is effecting the armory, which in turn interfers with raffle points and character claiming.

you can check yourself by going to your armory page, look at the gear, log in, take a piece off, log out... then refresh the page. is the piece still there? if so... that's the problem.
