i have downloaded and installed it multiple times now...it shows up in my add ons folder but when I try turning it on with a toon it does not appear in the list of add ons....what am I doing wrong? thank you very much for any help and keep up the awesome work on the greatest add on ever made.

Can you try installing using icebox?

Chances are you are either putting the addon in the wrong WoW folder, or the zip file is becoming corrupted by your browser, this can happen sometimes when you "open" rather than "save" when you download.
