A quick Google search of that error message shows some threads where users experienced that error when their account did not have game time on them, or were in the process of being renewed. Does any of that apply to your account?

There may be some regional restrictions on pets, but I do not think the Blossoming ancient is one.

i think you're the first EU winner. we're under the impression pet codes weren't region specific.

edit: so at least there doesn't seem to be an exclusion of a particular pet (for example)

i dropped you the code from the EU store. hopefully that one will work. sorry about the weirdness

this whole thing puts a wrench into the automatic prize award for the raffles. i guess we need to worry about the region each player is from and have a code for each one. if anyone has a solution, we'd love to hear it
