I,ve donloaded both and can,t find them anywhere?I open and save file,I selected folder.A window comes up that lets me update.I update,it says installed.Where are they?Thanks for help!

Whe you install addons using Icebox, the application will place the downloaded addons into your World of Warcraft/interface/addons folder automatically.

Where is my icon on my desktop for Icebox client?I can,t find anything anywhere,nothing in my interface folder about Oqueque or icebox client?

Icebox is a single file when downloaded and does not need to be "installed". When you download icebox save the file on your desktop.

If you run norton antivirus it may be deleting the file. Norton incorrectly flags Icebox as malicious and deletes it.
