First off, thanks Tiny for the addons and Icebox.
Looking through some of the files in the Icebox app, it would appear that a couple of the sub programs aren't integrating as you had intended. Right clicking the Skype module does cycle, but only 3 of the 5 subs are cycling. AskMrRobot and Twitter aren't cooperating. Also, the ingame options screen doesn't want to pop up when using /icebox or /ib. Are the / commands not unlocked yet?
