How do I log in to check it and How do I get one?

icebox is currently in open beta. licenses are free until the end of the beta

the license will give access to the extended features of icebox and will be 6-12 months

its not letting me use any features other than the skype and I don't use skype at this time.

are you running wow as fullscreen? if its fullscreen, icebox cannot operate properly. you must be either windowed or fullscreen(windowed)

if you make this change, leave wow running and restart icebox... then do a /reload to resync. clicking the dice on oQueue should pop up an explorer window (possibly in the background)

these capabilities work best in a multi monitor setup
