i'm confused. if you're using keyclone, you'll see 'solidice.com' on the about as well as the license expired popup. that is this site. from here, you have the forums, in-site mail, and the phone number under contact. additionally, you could find the vent info by looking at the oQueue section and jump in there. what more should i provide? an email address so i can get buried by spam while doing the spam-assassin dance? no thanks.
in the 8 years keyclone has been available, i believe the servers have crapped out 3 or 4 times. that's it. considering blizzard's own product is unavailable at least 50 times every year (once per week), i'm pretty happy with the uptime.
