I am seeing this while running my own 2v2 premade, and only while inside arena. It lags my game a bit, too, and obviously just fills the chat. It doesn't happen if I disable oqueue. If I type "/oqueue off", it immediately stops spamming me and only starts happening again in subsequent matches.
