BTW: Oqueu is still causing terrible FPS drops!!!!

turn off all your addons (you have quite a few) then check the 'fps drop'

as for the skype icon, if you have icebox running in the background and type the skype name of someone, it will trigger skype when you hit enter. skype will then place the call

It´s definitely oqueue causing this massive FPS drops.

ive never had a problem with fps while using oQ..but im not over 10 addons either.....you gotta lot of shizz goin on your screen! I would lose some of the extra weight
