I'm hitting the raid lockout bug for the first time. I'm saved through Siegecrafter (all normal) and can't waitlist for Garrosh groups. (I also killed Garrosh on flex this week.) I went through /WTF and deleted all the oqueue variables, did /oq harddrop, and downloaded a fresh version of oqueue. Still having the problem.
I seem to be able to waitlist for flex groups and a Mexican Normal group, but no English-speaking Normal groups. If only I spoke Spanish....
Also the sticky about the bug isn't very helpful. Instead of a months-stale note about tiny fixing the bug in some previous version, what if the sticky included a list of things to try when you encounter the bug? I had to hunt through the forums to find out about /WTF and /oq harddrop.

UPDATE: The English-speaking-vs.-Mexican angle may have been a red herring. All the Garrosh groups I see now say Garrosh in the title, but the description may say SoO10 (0/14) or SoO10 (4/14) instead of SoO10 (13/14). It seems I can queue for groups that say 12/14 or 13/14, but not for ones that say 11/14 or less. So the problem may be with how premades' progressions are calculated and interpreted. Either that or all the groups that claim they're on Garrosh are lying and they're actually way further behind in the raid.
