problem:OQ used for paid boosts that ignore item lvl requirement

seems people started to use OQ for boosting low-geared leeches through flex raids and getting paid for it... in the last few days i've seen this scam happening more and more :(

this works as follows:

- guy1 (ilvl 535+) gets hired by guy2 (ilvl 496) to boost him through a flex raid
- guy1 (535+) forms a group with guy2 (496)
- guy1 (535+) creates an OQ premade for a flex raid with an item level requirement of 535+
- when creating the premade, OQ currently only checks item level for guy1 and not for the other members already present in the group.
- group goes normally in flex until guy2 is discovered (usually during the first boss fight, or after the first wipe)
- guy1 starts defending his choice and starts kicking people opposed to his "friend" being around even if this one is a dead weight.

normally this would not matter if this fact was disclosed up-front (e.g. in the premade description), the problem appears when the premade creator hides it behind a mandatory item level requirement while fully knowing that his initial group already has low-geared members that would otherwise fail the requirement by a huge margin.

To help avoid this please add a group item level check when creating or manually updating the premade, do not allow the existence of premades requiring a certain minimum item level if the creator is in a group with any people that are already below the required item level. They should either lower the item level requirement for the premade or remove it completely.

and at the same time (in case guy2 gets manually invited in the group after the premade has already been created), if the premade listing specifies a minimum item level requirement then OQ should re-check the current item level of all people in the group whenever it detects entering an instance and on ready checks and it should report in the chat box (just a local status text, only visible to the user) any members that are not qualified and should not be in the group.
Might be something that can be done here. Will have to have tiny check and decided the "importance" of the issue.

In the mean time, might i suggest banning those leaders (click the red x next to their group), and also giving those leaders negative karma.

If you ban a user they will not recieve information from you about groups, you won't see their groups, and they won't see your groups.

Also if enough people give this person negative karma, their name will show red everywhere in oQueue, informing users to steer clear of that leader.
there's a small typo in your instructions.. simple click on the X only cancels a pending application for joining a premade. It's right-clicking on the X that bans the user.

and #2.. my local ban list is already almost 2...3 screen fulls long ... most of it is filled with russians that create premades but do not set the RU language flag on the premade and then expect me to be able to read russian in chat.
