Oqueue is not working for me. "Blank Screen"

Hello this is my first time downloading this addon and yeah im almost 100% sure that i've installed it right. All i see when i do /oqueue is a black blanc screen as shown in the picture. And this screen comes up in every tab, "Create Premade" "The Score" and so on.
Here's the picture: http://sv.tinypic.com/r/300u2rp/8
This can happen when oQueue is unable to detect what realm you are playing on.

Do a /oq stats. A bunch of information will be displayed in your chat area. Look for my realm, and my locale I believe. Do those values look like they are correct?

Also try running this command in game:

/script print(GetCVar( "realmList" ));

That will print what realm list you are currently using. If you are a EU player, it should mention EU, if you are a US player, it should mention US.
When i do /script print(GetCVar( "realmList" )); it says logon.pleaseland.com so apparently it's a private server i've played on many years ago, so how do i fix it? Thanks for the answear btw! Also when i do /oq stats nothing shows up in chat or anything.
AHA! lol

It used to be simple where you could just edit your realmlist.wtf but my understanding is Blizzard has since removed it from WoW. You may need to do a fresh install, or contact their technical support.

Sorry I don't have more specific information on how to fix it.

But im guessing step 1 would be to avoid private servers :P
This is terrible news. I've had the same problem since a coupla days before 5.4 dropped. I am not interested in a complete reinstall of WoW, way too much hassle.  I'm hoping someone finds a way to fix the realm issue. I have never played on any servers other than the default one.  When I run the suggested script it returns "us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com", with no mention of any realm at all.

:(
are you on US or EU?  if you're on US, then the problem is not the same.

1.  exit wow
2.  find your wow/wtf/account folder
3.  search for all oqueue.lua files under that folder
4.  delete them
5.  make sure you have 1.85 installed
6.  restart wow and log in
7.  when you log in, watch the chat area for oQueue version info

let us know how that goes
Far out, thanx for quick reply... I have 1.85 installed, and been a user since last Octoberish.  Gonna check the folders in step 2 and 3 in your checklist.  Will report.

make sure wow is exited to the desktop before deleting the files.  it's holding a copy in memory while running.
No help :(.  I double checked the .toc file on the OQ I just downloaded today... it is indeed 1.85.  I then hunted down the oqueue.lua files in he Saved Variables folder and deleted them before starting the game.  No success, still a blank screen for OQ.

Additionally, I have this error reported in bugsack... I've had this error off and on for many moons, and tried resetting my Windows clock to NIST server time, but it doesn't help.  I've always just disregarded this error, and still used OQ, but I'm pasting it now since I'm troubleshooting.

I did exit wow to desktop before deleting those .lua files and installing 1.85.

I am on US server, Kilrogg.
