For the last few versions Oqueue fails to be extracted when I use Winrar or 7zip.

I tried to install Icebox, but it always fails, stating:
"The procedure entry point K32GetModuleFileNamexA could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

i use 7zip (v9.30..i should probably upgrade to 9.33) and it works for me... what version of 7zip/winrar are you using? not being able to extract a modern zip archive is usually a sign of having old archivers around.

also, the other message... i think it might be because Windows XP does not have K32GetModuleFileNamexA... only vista/7/8/8.1 have it. I get the same error when trying to install Oracle's JRE 8 on win xp. java 8's installer is not compatible with win xp.
