I downloaded OQ 1.8.0 put it in my addon folder and unzipped it. This did not help no premades, no one see my premade I made. I deleted all of OQ and reloaded it now I can not even get the OQ app to show up in the game. OQ does not even show up in my addon button in the log in screen.

exit wow.
install the addon into your wow/interface/addons folder
log in
bring up oQueue, verify version at the top center.

if no premades, check your connection in the lower right and make sure 'auto connect to oqgeneral' is checked
if still no premades, try hitting 'find mesh'

also make sure your filters are cleared
 

I did exit WOW I installed the addon in the addon folder and OQ will not come up in WoW. Can not find it anywhere.

that means you installed it in the wrong folder.
to find your wow folder, right-click the wow icon, select properties... about 1/3 of the way down you'll see 'target:' with a blue hilighted field.  left-click in there and arrow all the way to the left to see the path.  that's the wow folder you're playing out of.  install oQueue into the interface/addon folder under there
