OQ not showing up on minimap button

Nor does it let me type /oq or /oqueue just wont let me actually send the command\

EDIT: just want to clarify i have no second installation of wow at all on my computer, the oqueue addon is showing up in my addons list at the character select screen as well and i only downloaded it today so it SHOULD be the most recent version
you can open oQueue by typing:  /oq
you can also go to the wow key bindings and set a key that will toggle the main oQueue UI

if your minimap icon got lost, you an toggle it by typing:  /oq mini

nope neither of those are working, typing /oq it wont let me send the command if i press enter it just sits there doing nothing and /oq mini does nothing as well
then you have another issue.

what region (US or EU) are you playing from and what does this return:

/script print( GetCVar("realmList")) ;
US and us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
well, nuking the settings would probably solve it.

1.  exit wow
2.  go to your wow/wtf/account folder
3.  search for all files:  oqueue.lua
4.  delete all those files
5.  restart wow

*note:  this will nuke all your oqueue settings.  if you care about your settings, don't do this and let me know

no dice didnt work at all
installing bugsack and buggrabber would help catch the error (I need the top 15 lines of any bug output).

hoping in vent so we can talk thru the issue would also allow me to find the issue faster

that is all it came up with

edit: i deleted it and reinstalled it and now its coming up with
