I have the icon on all toons with the exception of Hawksmissy. What do I need to do?

First off, are you in the oqueue chat channel? This should appear after other chat channels like trade and general... if you are not in the oqueue channel.. are you in those standard wow channels I mentioned?

same faction/realm as others?
