Ive been using Oqueue since about 1.8.2 and never had an issue. Download the file, unpack with winrar, drop folder in interface, and it worked.
All of a sudden since 1.8.7b, and c, I dropped the folder the same way, and it doenst show up in game or in the addon selection area at the character select page in game.

Any clue as to what i need to do?
None of my addons were working. I installed curse client and it fixed those addons. But ive been playing this game for many years and have never had to do it this way.
Blizz admins wont help. They dont support addons....

Winrar I use it a trial version but ive done it this way for years. I download the file, winrar pops up. I go to unpack. they want me to buy, i say no by clicking close or something and unpack the file.
