New version of oQueue released, v1.8.4c however server is sendin

New version of oQueue released, v1.8.4c but server is sending v1.8.4b when downloading.

some weirdness with the overload this morning.

i just pushed 1.8.4d with patches for italian and a small bug fix.  should dnload properly now
