I updated OQ and got rid of the previous version and now there is no OQ addon at all in my WoW. I redownloaded many times but no dice. I have checked all around the internet and the fourms for solutions as well.

you're connection is probably weak. try hitting 'find mesh'

also, make sure to update to 1.90, just released
