This applies especially for yolo groups and other stuff, but can we get the tooltip to show the leader's stats in the premade browser (such as pvp power, or whatever it shows the leader if I waitlisted for the same category, same as if they were looking in waitlist at you), so we can see right off if it's even worth joining?

At the moment we normally us the win / loss record to determine if the leader is a qualified leader. 

As far as seeing if their group will be geared, you can look at the requirements they have set. If they set their ilvl at 0, then chances are there may be undergeared players in the group.

Its not impossible that this could be added, but it would have to be in much later versions (if at all), but we will add it to the list :).
