oQueue is unable to retrieve your battle tag.
please make sur to have a valid battle.net tag.

If you're unable to resolve your issues, please jump into vent or check out the forums.

that's not a bug.  

if bnet is offline when oQueue tries to pull the btag, then it'll complain.  this can happen when you're just logging in if bnet hasn't connected yet.  in the just logged in scenario, oQueue will try again and find your btag a few seconds later

to verify, bring up your friends list and check the top line just below 'friends list'

i've test your response but in the game after 10 minutes OQ said me .
please set your battle-tag before using oQueue.
Your battle tag can only be set via your wow account page.

I don't know how activate my battle tag, i think it was activate all my add-on are good.
