I updated the oq to 1.9.9a it doesn't work for me doesn't show raids or any premades at all.

1. top center, what version does it say?
2. on the find-premade tab, bottom right, what is your connection?
3. left left, find-premade tab, what does it say next to premades?
4. setup tab, bottom right, compare that GMT to actual GMT. close?

#4 is your issue. your system time is off.

normally, you would just hit find-mesh and upon receiving a response from the scorekeeper, your oQueue will determine a time diff and your oQueue GMT time will be correct.

over the last 7-14 days, b.net has had difficulties delivering the friend requests... so have some patience.

alternatively, you can manually correct your windows system time, insuring your timezone is correct.
