i am not sure if any one else is haveing this problem but i dont see any one on my oque list for any thing so i am not sure if no one is useing it any more or there might be something wrong. if you can help me out please.

Check your connection on the find premade tab. What does your connection say? (Its listed on the bottom right). 

We already have a lot of threads about this.

But, on the setup tab make sure you have auto join oq general checked. Also use the find mesh button to add people to your friends list.

while i am just about done with this, you guys just cant seem to fix it, maybe look into UI issues, mine is EVLUI, could that be causing issues?

there has yet to be an issue that hasn't been resolved.

have you tried jumping into vent and work it out by chatting with one of us?  debugging an issue via chat can take forever.
