Let me first say that I absolutely love this add-on, it has completely changed how I form groups in WoW.  With that said, I have used the add-on many times to create groups, and because people rotate so quickly in and out of Flex SoO runs, I am constantly picking up more people from OQ to fill the raid up.  Just the other day I cleared flex 3 & 4 with a raid I assembled from trade & OQ, and after we called it on Garrosh because people had to go, a couple of people told me that they received a whisper stating to ban me for group spamming?  What exactly did I do wrong?  I also have people showing up on my ban list for "auto-add: group spammer", can someone tell me why this is happening?

group spammers are people who create too many groups in a short period of time.  roughly 5 in a 5 minute period might get you tagged as a group spammer

if you're disbanding and re-creating a group, this will count towards the 5-minute total.  if you're going to change from  a 5-man dungeon group into a flex raid, just change the type, name and description then hit update.  it will not count more then once in that 5 minute sliding window.

if you're changing the name of the group and updating a lot, people might see this as you trying to spam the world with your group name.  this would only effect those people that have 'announce premades' checked on (few do these days).  if someone has announce premades on and sees your group listed a lot, theyy may ban you as a group spammer.  this is their chioce.  keep in mind, their ban list has no impact on the ban lists of others.
