Raid leaders can waste your time as much as bad raiders can, and since OQ is terrible about informing you about actions done to you it is difficult to do anything about it. I am having constant negative experiences with extraordinarily rude people who waste my time and I cannot blacklist them.
This is not "he said I was bad and kicked me from the group" that has never happened. This is, he added me to group, made me sit around waiting for things to form, and then for one reason or another unceremoniously kicked me. Or people who just dequeue you from their WL (ilvl? learn to use the ilvl filter so you don't waste my time searching for stuff I don't have the gear for) with, again, no explanation - not that you could get one in that situation - but also no notification from OQ that it even happened so you can keep going back to the list and re-waitlisting for the same raid not knowing what you've been dequeued from.
OQ is a good tool but it is seriously lacking as a raid participant especially because people are unbelievably terrible in many ways, not just as players but as instant-raid-leader-just-add-water individuals who have no idea how to treat people trying to contribute to their raids. I don't say this as a monday-morning raid leader, I was an every-day raid leader for years, now I try to use this as a way to participate in the content without reliving the raid guild experience and the combination of horrible people and no tools to deal with them is immensely frustrating.
