What happened to raid leader blacklisting?

Raid leaders can waste your time as much as bad raiders can, and since OQ is terrible about informing you about actions done to you it is difficult to do anything about it. I am having constant negative experiences with extraordinarily rude people who waste my time and I cannot blacklist them.

This is not "he said I was bad and kicked me from the group" that has never happened. This is, he added me to group, made me sit around waiting for things to form, and then for one reason or another unceremoniously kicked me. Or people who just dequeue you from their WL (ilvl? learn to use the ilvl filter so you don't waste my time searching for stuff I don't have the gear for) with, again, no explanation - not that you could get one in that situation - but also no notification from OQ that it even happened so you can keep going back to the list and re-waitlisting for the same raid not knowing what you've been dequeued from.

OQ is a good tool but it is seriously lacking as a raid participant especially because people are unbelievably terrible in many ways, not just as players but as instant-raid-leader-just-add-water individuals who have no idea how to treat people trying to contribute to their raids. I don't say this as a monday-morning raid leader, I was an every-day raid leader for years, now I try to use this as a way to participate in the content without reliving the raid guild experience and the combination of horrible people and no tools to deal with them is immensely frustrating.
i've literally led thousands of 30-40 man groups over the years and haven't had that many issues.

if you find a leader you'd rather never group with again, simply put his btag on your oQueue ban list.  he cannot WL after that no matter which character he uses, unless he changes his btag.

in general, i would suggest avoiding any no-voice groups and getting into vent/skype with them.  these groups would generally run smoother as you're less likely to be treated as a faceless/voiceless npc

Yeah, that's part of my point. You haven't had that many problem *leading* raids, great. So how do I get the Btag of someone who's being worthless as a raid leader? It's not intuitive, there is no history in OQ, no longer an easy blacklist button? Will his raids no longer show up on my list or is this, again, a solution for raid leaders, who constitute, necessarily, a small fraction of those using OQ? Not sure if this response is intentionally myopic or not.
no longer an easy blacklist button?  just right-click the 'x' on the line of their group to put any leader on your ban list.  if you're in the group, you can click their square and select ban or right-click their name in the log.  once you've banned that leader, you won't see his groups... and he won't be able to enter yours.

as for their history, watch for leaders whose karma is negative.  you can see negative karma by hovering and read it to the left of their name in parens (neutral is omitted).  also, the color of the leader name in the list indicates their karma.  25 shades of green for good... 25 shades for red.  white is neutral.
