delete all old files
and when loading game i am noticed that    minimap button is gone
i wrote /oq and see this

P.S. oQueue_1.8.6b is working fine

i delete 1.8.7
download 1.8.6  - all working , but inscription annoyed about the fact that the next version is available
i delete 1.8.6  and download 1.8.7 again .... and  all working

i have same problem and i have no  1.8.6 .Deleted all wtf and addons but still got a problem

This EXACT thing is happening to me too, bummed to see that there was no response.

I'm 100% sure I'm installing it correctly, I've been installing add-ons for years and years manually.

Help please.

If you did not restart the game when you update to 1.8.7, restart the game now. There are new files which can only be loaded with a restart.

Other wise please try this:

/oq harddrop
/reloadui

Same problem for me. And despite trying "/oq harddrop" and "/reloadui" nothing happens. I don't even have the add on my character's page prior to logging in. I have restarted the game.

I've got the same issue, I've done everything I can possibly think of including the /oqhardrop and removing files/restarting and all. Still nothing.
 

Arc it sounds like you are not installing the addon in the correct folder. 

We have a sticky on how to find the correct WoW folder called "Where is WoW installed." please follow that tutorial and try again.
